Ducks on Parade

7/2/2022

With very few visitors, the park was quiet in the early morning.  Wood ducks joined mallard ducks in a parade in the large pond.  They swam back and forth, like celebrities walking on red carpets to greet their fans.  Mother ducks show their pride, as the babies are growing up and becoming independent.  A red-wing black bird decided to add music to the activities on the stage.   In the midst of singing, the reflection of the sun distracted the bird appearing like a piece of while bread floating on the water.
